10 Danau Bawah Tanah Terindah di Dunia yang Misterius

Inilah 10 danau yang berada di bawah tanah dan terindah di dunia. Beberapa di antaranyanya menyimpan sejarah masa lalu ribuan tahun lalu. Sebut saja danau di bawah tanah dekat Macan Che di Yucatán Peninsula, di mana ditemukan banyak patung-patung dewa bangsa Mayan.Sejauh ini masih misterius, apakah di sana pernah hidup manusia purba bangsa Mayan.

Bukan hanya di Yucatan Paninsula saja, kemisteriusan pun ada di Cheddar Gorge yang merupakan Canyon terbesar di Inggris. Di sana, di goa Cheddar pada tahun 1903 pernah ditemukan kerangka manusia yang diperkirakan hidup pada 9000 tahun lalu.

Yang juga menarik adalah danau bawah tanah di Austin Texas yang berbentuk kolam permandian. Ini alami buatan alam. Atau danau bawah tanah di Lechuguilla Cave, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico. Goa ini merupakan goa terpanjang di dunia diperkirakan panjangnya mencapai 120 mi dengan ukuran kedalaman 489 meter. Sungguh sangat dalam.

Reed Flute Cave in Guilin, China, juga tak kalah menariknya. Danau bawah tanah ini menyimpan misteri ribuan tahun lalu. Ditemukan pada masa dinasti Tang hampir 1.300 tahun lalu.

10.Cheddar Gorge Caves

Cheddar Gorge is Britain’s biggest canyon and is found within the Cheddar Caves, where the UK’s oldest complete human skeleton was found in 1903 , the remains were estimated to be 9,000 years old.
