10 terowongan terpanjang di indonesia

10. Terowongan Gunung Gajah (368 m)
Termasuk dalam wilayah DAOP III Sumsel dan terletak antara stasiun Lahat dan stasiun BUnga mas, panjang terowongan ini sekitar 368 m.
9. Terowongan Tebing Tinggi (424 m)
Terowongan ini terletak di Talang Banyu Desa Tanjung Kupang, Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Sumetara Selatan. Terowongan yang masih aktif ini memiliki panjang sekitar 424 m.
8. Terowongan Ijo (580 m)
Terletak di di Rowokele, Kebumen. Terowongan ini dibangun di jaman Belanda pada 1885-1886, dengan sistem kerja paksa terowongan ini sudah menelan banyak jiwa. Memiliki panjang sekitar 580 m.

5. Terowongan Mrawan (690 m)
Terletak disebelah Barat Stasiun Mrawan, Kalibaru, Banyuwangi. Terowongan ini memiliki panjang sekitar 690 m dan dibangun pada tahun 1901.
4. Terowongan Eka Bakti Karya (760 m)
Terowongan ini terletak di Sumberpucung, malang. Lima kilometer setelah stasiun Sumberpucung. Terowongan ini memiliki panjang sekitar 760 m dan juga terdapat terowongan Dwi Bhakti Karya dengan panjang 400 m. Disebelah terowongan ini terdapat Bendungan Ir. Sutami.
3. Terowongan Sawahlunto (835 m)
Terowongan Sawahlunto terletak di antara stasiun Muara Kalaban dan Sawahlunto, Sumatera Barat. Terowongan ini memiliki panjang sekitar 827 m dikenal juga dengan sebutan Lubang Kalam.
2. Terowongan Sasaksaat (949 m)
Terowongan Sasaksaat merupakan terowongan jalur kereta api yang dibangun oleh SS (Staatsspoorwagen) antara tahun 1902-1903. Bangunan Hikmat 503 ini berada di jalur antara Purwakarta dan Padalarang di Km 143 + 144 antara Stasiun Sasaksaat dan Stasiun Maswati, membelah perbukita Cidepong di Kampung Sasaksaat Desa Sumurbandung, Kecamatan Cipatat, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Didalam terowongan sepanjang 949 m ini terdapat 35 sleko terdiri dari 17 kiri dan 18 kanan dari arah Stasiun Sasaksaat. Terowongan yang terletak di Daerah Operasi II Bandung merupakan terowongan kereta api yang padat lalu lintas, setiap harinya ada 44 Kereta api yang melintas secara reguler. Jalur yang lengkung ketika akan memasuki terowongan baik dari arah Stasiun Sasaksaat dan stasiun Maswati maka jalan relnya diberi rel paksa (gongsol). Banyaknya kereta api yang melintas memerlukan penjagaan khusus di terowongan sehingga di kedua ujung terowongan terdapat gardu jaga untuk JPTw (Juru Periksa Terowongan).
1. Terowongan Wilhelmina/Terowongan Sumber (1208 m)
Terowongan Wilhelmina yang di bangun pada zaman penjajahan Belanda dan diresmikan pada tanggal 1 Juni 1921. Terowongan ini memiliki panjang sekitar 1208 m. terowongan kereta api yang dulu menghubungkan Banjar-Cijulang, kini keberadaanya sungguh memprihatinkan, dengan rel yang hilang dan muka terowongan yang tak terurus, di rambati akar-akar tanaman semak belukar, semakin menghilangkan pamor dari sejarah maupun aset wisata dari terowongan terpanjang di Indonesia ini.

Jalur Kereta Api pertama di Indonesia

Jalur Kereta Api pertama di bangun di Pulau Jawa ( rute Semarang – Tanggung ) pada tanggal 18 Juni 1864 oleh Gubernur Jendral L.A.J.W. Baron Sloet Van Beele. Tahun 1867, menyusul pembangunan rel kereta api pertama di pulau Sumatra, melewatai rute pelabuhan Ule Lhee dan banda Aceh. Kereta Api di Sumatra ini di adakan khusus untuk keperlaun militer.

Selain di pulau Jawa, Sumatra dan Madura, pernah ada juga Kereta Api yg melalui jalur Ujung Pandang dan Takalar. Panjang relnya mencapai 47 kilometer. Jalur ini di tutup pada tahun 1930 karena kurang efektif.

Tahun 1925, panjang rel Kereta Api di Pulau Jawa sudah mencapai 2.740 kilometer. Ini tak seberapa di bandingkan dengan rel kereta api terpanjang di dunia sepanjang 9.000 kilometer yg menghubungkan Moskwa dan Wladiwostok. Namun, jika seluruh rel kereta api di seluruh dunia di gabungkan, panjangnya bias lebih dari 116 kali keliling bumi

Jembatan Laut Terpanjang Didunia Oleh Cina

Jembatan laut terpanjang di dunia telah dibuat oleh Cina, sekali lagi ini membuktikan bagaimana teknologi dan ekonomi merupakan titik terkuat ekonominya. Menurut Telegraph, Jembatan Qingdao Haiwan 26,4 mil (42,6 km) dan  kota Qingdao di provinsi timur Shandong Cina dengan distrik Huangdao. Memiliki arsitektur yang menakjubkan, Jembatan Qingdao Haiwan membantu mengurangi jarak antara dua titik sejauh 30 km bagi hidup masyarakat yang sibuk seperti Cina, belum lagi menambah daya tarik wisata. Jembatan ini hampir tiga kilometer lebih panjang dari pemegang rekor sebelumnya, Danau Pontchartrain Causeway di Louisiana. Proyek infrastruktur utama terdiri dari empat tahun kerja dan US $ 8,6 miliar uang yang dihabiskan. Uang itu masuk ke 450.000 ton baja, mampu menahan gempa berkekuatan 8,0. Dibangun di delta sungai Jiaozhou, struktur jembatan yang luar biasa ini seharusnya memegang rekor dalam waktu yang singkat, karena para pejabat sudah mengumumkan bahwa mereka mulai bekerja pada jembatan yang menghubungkan provinsi selatan Guangdong dengan Hong Kong dan Makau.

10 Danau Bawah Tanah Terindah di Dunia yang Misterius

Inilah 10 danau yang berada di bawah tanah dan terindah di dunia. Beberapa di antaranyanya menyimpan sejarah masa lalu ribuan tahun lalu. Sebut saja danau di bawah tanah dekat Macan Che di Yucatán Peninsula, di mana ditemukan banyak patung-patung dewa bangsa Mayan.Sejauh ini masih misterius, apakah di sana pernah hidup manusia purba bangsa Mayan.

Bukan hanya di Yucatan Paninsula saja, kemisteriusan pun ada di Cheddar Gorge yang merupakan Canyon terbesar di Inggris. Di sana, di goa Cheddar pada tahun 1903 pernah ditemukan kerangka manusia yang diperkirakan hidup pada 9000 tahun lalu.

Yang juga menarik adalah danau bawah tanah di Austin Texas yang berbentuk kolam permandian. Ini alami buatan alam. Atau danau bawah tanah di Lechuguilla Cave, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico. Goa ini merupakan goa terpanjang di dunia diperkirakan panjangnya mencapai 120 mi dengan ukuran kedalaman 489 meter. Sungguh sangat dalam.

Reed Flute Cave in Guilin, China, juga tak kalah menariknya. Danau bawah tanah ini menyimpan misteri ribuan tahun lalu. Ditemukan pada masa dinasti Tang hampir 1.300 tahun lalu.

10 Foto Goa Luweng Jaran Pacitan, Terpanjang di Indonesia & Dunia

Luweng Jaran merupakan goa terpanjang di Indonesia. Luweng Jaran terletak di desa Jlubang, Kec. Punung, Pacitan, Jawa Timur. Ditemukan pertama kali oleh penduduk setempat, kemudian di eksplorasi pertama kali oleh tim Ekspedisi Gabungan Anglo – Australian, yang didampingi oleh Penelusur Gua dari Indonesia pada tahun 1984.






Pada saat itu hasil pemetaan mencapai 11 km, kemudian ekspedisi dilanjutkan setiap 2 tahun sekali. Pada tahun 1992 kembali ekspedisi dapat menggabungkan Luweng Jaran dg Luweng Punung Plente, sehingga panjang total mencapai 19 km. Pada tahun 2002 Luweng Jaran terdaftar dalam daftar gua terpanjang di dunia dengan panjang total mencapai + 25 Km. Gua ini sangat berbahaya pada musim hujan, karena merupakan Swallow Hole atau tempat menghilangnya sungai permukaan ke dalam gua. Cukup banyak penelusur gua yg terjebak banjir di gua ini.














Menelusuri gua ini diperlukan peralatan vertical (SRT set), sumuran pertama dg kedalaman 12 meter, sampai ke teras pertama dengan jarak sekitar 25 meter sebelum mencapai sumuran kedua dengan kedalaman 25 meter. Setelah sumuran kedua, terdapat lorong yang sangat besar, mulai disini medan dapat ditempuh tanpa peralatan vertikal. Disarankan untuk membawa peta gua atau meninggalkan marker supaya tidak tersesat dalam kegiatan penelusuran di gua ini. Luweng Jaran dapat disebut juga sebagai gua labirin, karena lorongnya bercabang-cabang dan bertingkat.
